Purposes and legal bases
- Verify the functioning of the services and therefore allow navigation : the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
- Statistics : information is acquired to understand how the visitor interacts with the site in order to obtain statistics.
- Profiling: visitor tracking information is acquired in order to outline a profile based on the interests shown during navigation and, consequently, to propose advertisements in line with the preferences previously detected.
- Respond to communications conveyed via published contact details : when the visitor contacts the Owner at one of the addresses published on the site, the information spontaneously transmitted is collected in order to process and fulfill the request.
- Defensive purposes: the Data Controller may need to process personal data for the management of out-of-court or judicial disputes and litigation.

Rights of interested parties

Access : You can find out if your personal data is being processed and, if so, obtain access to it and request a copy.
Rectification : you can ask for your personal data to be updated, corrected (if inaccurate) and completed if incomplete.

Portability : it is possible to receive in a structured format the personal data provided to the Data Controller and ask to transmit them to another data controller if the processing is based on consent or on the contract and is carried out by automated means.
Revocation of consent : it is possible to revoke consent for the purposes that required it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.
